well as using the highest quality natural materials, Kotor-Vista
apartments incorporates the latest technology. Our interior design
team is available at every step of the process to help buyers select
the most appropriate styles and colours from a range of
international and local producers.
Flooring & walls
Living areas are finished with high quality tiles imported from
Italy, whilst the is locally crafted oakwood parquet in the
bedrooms. Accentuating Kotor-Vista’s Mediterranean heritage, some
interior walls can be finished in stone.
Kitchens
Produced by local craftsmen, kitchens are fitted with solid wood
cupboards finished with granite work-surfaces. Appliances are
provided by Gorenje*.
Bathrooms
For complete relaxation, the ensuite bathroom has a full length
hydro-massage bathtub. Tiles are imported from Italy.
Furniture
Kotor-Vista apartments are fully furnished, using local
craftsmen specialising in high quality solid wood furniture. To
minimise the effort from buyers, our interior design team will
assist at every step of the way from suggesting choices to
installing the furniture in the apartment. All this can be done via
email.
Other features
A flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi from Sony* are fitted as
standard. In addition, the apartments are wired to bring the TV and
sound signal into all rooms. Wireless broadband and satellite TV
connection are also provided.
Air-conditioning and heating are provided centrally – no need for an
obtrusive a/c unit on the living room wall.
